Terms of delivery.

The dahlias will be sent by post in the spring (from March 1st).

You pay for the dahlias at the time of ordering. It may then take a few weeks to months before you receive the dahlias. This depends on the time of ordering. You will certainly have the dahlias at home well before the right planting time.

If one of the ordered dahlias is not available, we will send a replacement variety that is close to the one you ordered. (This rarely or never happens and we will discuss it with you first)

If you do not want this at all, you can indicate this in the comments.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €8.95. Standard shipping with track and trace via My-parcel, a parcel service of Post-NL. €8.95 covers the costs for a parcel stamp and packaging material. We are a small company and ship too little to be able to make a sharper price agreement with the parcel service.

You can also pick up the dahlias yourself in April or May. You will receive an email when it is your turn.

You can also indicate when you want to come. Send an email or mention it when ordering. Preferably you wait for the call that you receive from us via email.

You can only pick up dahlias that have been ordered in advance. We do not have a shop here, so please do not make spontaneous visits to buy dahlias. Only in the month of May there is an opportunity to buy dahlias at the barn on weekends. Keep an eye on our Facebook page or Instagram for this.

Different postage rates apply for dahlias that need to be shipped abroad.

We ship no dahlias to USA, UK, Canada and Norway.
